Pick up a sparing amount of EYEBROW SILK PERFECTION BALM with the SILK PERFECTION BRUSH and brush through the brows in an upward motion, starting at the front. While fixing, brush constantly in the desired direction. Can be used on both wet and dry brows. Can be used several times a day.
